In an effort to improve the overall experience for students, OEL is transitioning to an appointment-based system. Beginning Monday September 19, students will be able to make appointments to see their assigned Faculty Advisor. Appointments will begin on September 26, and will be available up to 45 business days in advance. Students can make appointments by calling 407-823-2667 or visiting the Office of Experiential Learning between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding campus holidays). Students planning to attend an Introduction Session will not need to make an appointment.

During the transition period, each Faculty Advisor will have modified walk-in hours. Beginning October 3, each Faculty Advisor will only have 2.5 hours of walk-in time per week. These times will vary and will be posted to the OEL website a week in advance.
